Meeting Notes
The ETF and ITF meetings involve reviews of progress and discussion of requirements and implementation plans. Actions arising from the discussions are mostly reflected in refinements and changes to project plans, which are separately submitted to APAC every six months.
The following tables give access to general notes taken at the meetings.

Grid Update
Every project has a project plan that is revised and reviewed every six months. Between those review points, the project leaders have commenced a series of monthly meetings to consider priorities within their work plans. One output from those meetings will be a brief statement of progress to date and an outline of activities identified for priority effort.
