How do you get an account?
Email and Calender
@arcs.org.au email account. Please make sure you always send messages from this address.
This account is a hosted Google Apps domain, and account are created by an administrator, so you'll need to file a tickets for this.
Mail is available at:
http://mail.arcs.org.au and calendar at
http://calendar.arcs.org.au
Please set your new password from the 'Settings' link at the top, select 'Accounts' and 'Change Password'.
Personal and Annual leave Calendars need to be made available to new staff. Currently the Admin team handle this.

Self-registration is required. Follow this URL:
ARCS members will need to be added to the
ArcsGroup
Jabber
Jabber accounts are now administratively created.
Although, password should be able to be changed through your client.

Mailing Lists
A list of public mailing lists is
available, each which provide information on how to subscribe, unsubscribe etc. In some cases an administrator or moderator will have to approve your request to join a mailing list. Please register with your ARCS email address.
For ARCS staff lists, please file a ticket for this. Collab team will action.
Request Tracker (RT)
For an account on the Request Tracker system, you'll need to file a ticket for this one, and include which group you belong to. E.g.

- Data
- Auth
Trac
The
Trac site manager has some information, but you can go straight to the registration page:
You'll then need to file a ticket to be put in the proper project. E.g. The
