RAO Request Handling Procedure

A very specific description of an RAOs Obligations and the procedures they must follow is listed in section 2.1.2 of the Current ARCS Grid CPS.

CAOs are also authorised to act as RAO must also observe these obligations and the procedures.

* Make sure you are using a compatible browser.

* Make sure you have the APAC CA cert installed and all 3 trust bits set - https://ca.apac.edu.au/pub/cacert/cacert.crt

* When it asks you for a pass phase this is the master passphase for your browser NOT you cert pass phrase.
