RAO Request Handling Procedure
RAOs are required to check the photo ID, in person, of a user before approving a request. A very specific description of an RAOs Obligations and the procedures they must follow is listed in section 2.1.2 of the Current ARCS Grid CPS. CAOs are also authorised to act as RAO must also observe these obligations and the procedures.Compatible browsers (known)
